Monthly billing spreads the cost into smaller payments you can stop at any time. Annual billing is a single payment per academic year with a 15% discount, roughly half a term's fees saved.

No hidden charges. Scolara does not take a percentage slice of your school fees. For Mobile Money and card payments processed through our verified gateway partner (Paystack), standard regulated network rates apply (1.95% capped at GHS 20 for card/MoMo), directly passed through with zero platform markup from Scolara.

Yes. Every plan includes access to our CSV/Excel import tools. On our Standard Campus and Enterprise plans, our technical engineers will inspect your existing spreadsheets, clean up duplicate records, and import your entire student and guardian directory into Scolara at no extra charge.

With our Standard Campus and Enterprise plans, your administrative staff and teachers can utilize the Scolara Desktop Native Client for Windows and macOS. You can record marks, prepare lesson plans, and register cashier payments even with zero internet. The minute connectivity resumes, the local SQLite database automatically synchronizes with the cloud without data collisions.
